Achy Morning

Ouch..
I woke up a bit sore this morning... perhaps those dead lifts did it. And - worst of all - the arch of my right foot is cramping up/painful... I'll skip the sprints today and do full body weight lifting and 20 min. of elyptical. Sounds like a decent compromise right? well, if I do feel better I'll do my sprints for sure! I'm just ultra cautious since my last injury (a chondromalacia) which kept me off the roads for almost 3 month... Now I know: if you feel pain (even if "it could be worse") don't force it. There is always tomorrow! And that's how just a week ago I eased back into running. Yay!
